We’re looking for a Specialty Infusion Territory Account Executive who wants their work to mean something — a relationship‑driven sales professional who brings accountability, purpose, and a patient‑first mindset to territory growth.

The impact you’ll have

The Territory Account Executive plays a critical role in expanding patient access to specialty infusion and biologic therapies. By building trusted partnerships with providers and healthcare organizations, this role directly influences how quickly and effectively patients can begin and sustain life‑impacting treatment.

  • Help patients access complex infusion and biologic therapies sooner
  • Support providers with a reliable, high‑touch infusion partner
  • Strengthen care coordination across home infusion, infusion suites, and physician practices
  • Drive sustainable growth in a clinician‑led organization focused on outcomes

What you’ll do

  • Promote specialty infusion, IVIG, and biologic therapies across key therapeutic areas including Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, and Ophthalmology
  • Build and grow strategic relationships with healthcare providers across home infusion, infusion suites, physician clinics, specialty pharmacies, and regional health systems
  • Educate providers on appropriate clinical use, patient access pathways, and care coordination support
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive referral growth and market access
  • Identify and influence key decision‑makers involved in prescribing, referrals, and care coordination
  • Navigate payer coverage, formulary dynamics, and access barriers in partnership with internal teams
  • Represent LUX Infusion at conventions, symposiums, trade shows, and networking events
  • Share competitive intelligence and market insights to inform regional and organizational strategy
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through ethical, patient‑centered selling

  • Experience selling complex healthcare solutions such as infusion therapy, biologics, specialty medications, durable medical equipment, or home‑based clinical services
