Terra Verde (North Scottsdale)

Duties

• General Janitorial and Custodian duties daily.
• Pay attention to detail and enjoy cleaning.
• Clean restrooms, deep clean toilets and urinals.
• Clean walls, high dust floors, sweep and mop floors.
• Report any issues.
• Take care of any work orders from the client.

Special Requirements

• Must have or be able to obtain an AZ Driver's License.
• Must be between the ages of 23 and 72 years old.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• Must be able to pass background checks.
• Must pass an E-Verify.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation.
