Duties
- General Janitorial and Custodian duties daily.
- Pay attention to detail and enjoy cleaning.
- Park cleaning - restocking, cleaning restrooms partitions, deep cleaning toilets and urinals, cleaning of the walls, high dusting (removal of cobwebs), sweeping and mopping floors.
- Reporting any issues.
- Cleaning El Dorado Parks and the building Aquatic and Fitness Center.
- Patrol areas and identify and report maintenance issues.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
- Take care of any work orders from the client.
Special Requirements
- Must have or be able to obtain an AZ Driver's License.
- Must be between the ages of 23 and 72 years old.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
- Must pass an E-Verify.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must have reliable transportation.
