About the role
WeWork provides flexible workspace solutions to help businesses thrive globally. As a Community Lead, you will report to your building and be responsible for ensuring member needs are met and maintaining WeWork standards.
Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled conversations with owned accounts to maximize membership value.
- Anticipate and address member and guest needs proactively.
- Follow up with members who submit negative ratings or experiences.
- Support front desk coverage as needed.
- Conduct pre-move-in meetings and complete new member orientation.
- Curate onboarding materials and conduct move out interviews.
- Support building tours and sales activities.
- Provide feedback on events and host social events.
- Manage building operations, safety, and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality.
- Proficient in the local language and understanding of local culture.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and efficient task management.
- Enjoy and thrive in growing relationships.

Benefits
- Base Pay: $60,000
- Incentive Compensation: Specific details will be provided by your recruiter.
