Term Faculty (Non-Tenure Track) – SIM And Nursing Laboratories (26-27)

This is a full-time, 10-month term, non-tenure track faculty position beginning September 1, 2026.
About the Role
The School of Nursing in the College of Science and Health at DePaul University seeks a Simulation Educator faculty member who is committed to student-centered teaching, clinical excellence, and preparing the next generation of nurses to provide safe, ethical, evidence-informed, and equity-centered care. Responsibilities
- Teaching in pre-licensure nursing programs
- Simulation-based learning, including scenario development, debriefing, and student evaluation
- Collaborative curriculum integration
- Simulation lab operations
Requirements
- Experience or expertise in simulation-based learning
- Experience with simulation program accreditation, quality standards, or continuous improvement processes (preferred)
- Expertise in simulation pedagogy
Pay
Salary range: $68,600 – $81,600 (commensurate with qualifications and experience).
