About the role

The NOM Unit at Harvard Business School is seeking a tenure-track faculty member to conduct research in behavioral science, teach MBA and executive education courses, and work with doctoral students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research in behavioral science
• Teach MBA and executive education courses related to negotiation, organizational economics, behavioral economics, and decision-making
• Teach doctoral courses in organizational behavior and business economics
• Work with doctoral students in organizational behavior and business economics programs

Requirements

• PhD in psychology, organizational behavior, or related discipline
• Background in negotiation, decision making, trust, emotions, and cognitive processes
• Interest in understanding and solving real-world problems using rigorous research methods
• An interdisciplinary perspective is welcome
