The Natural Sciences and Mathematics department at Daemen University invites applications for a tenure track assistant professor of chemistry teaching position starting Fall 2027.
Responsibilities
- Teach 21 credits of lectures and labs in Analytical Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, and General Chemistry.
- Teach classes in Environmental Chemistry and Forensic Chemistry (desirable but not required).
- Mentor undergraduate research students.
- Conduct independent research leading to publication in peer‑reviewed journals.
- Willing and able to teach in face‑to‑face and online modalities.
