About the role
Genesis Health Clubs – one of the top tennis companies in the United States — is searching for a passionate, energetic, growth-minded leader to become the Junior Growth Expert at their historic Lexington tennis facility featuring:
- 15 Indoor Tennis Courts
- 5 Outdoor Clay Courts
- 2 Outdoor Hard Courts
- Total: 22 Tennis Courts
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, promote, and deliver a high-energy, engaging, and success-driven junior tennis environment
- Lead the growth of 10 & Under and recreational junior tennis
- Create exciting pathways for players to stay in tennis long term
- Develop high-energy and engaging youth tennis programming
- Build strong relationships with parents and families
- Promote programs through creative outreach and engagement
- Deliver private and group lessons
- Maintain approximately 35 on-court teaching hours per week
- Create a fun, energetic, and developmental learning environment
- Develop players technically, tactically, athletically, and mentally
- Help build a dynamic junior competitive training environment
- Assist with tournament preparation and travel
- Support college tennis development and recruiting pathways
- Create off-court education and player development systems
- Train and mentor assistant professionals
- Maintain strong court safety and cleanliness standards
- Be financially accountable for programs and teaching activity
- Drive growth, retention, and programming excellence

Desired Education / Experience / Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications: College degree preferred, 2+ years of junior teaching experience, experience working with competitive junior players, high-level playing background preferred, college playing experience strongly preferred, USPTA and/or PTR Certification preferred, Performance Certification preferred, Minimum playing level of 4.5+
