About the Estate

Kingsclere Estates offers 100,000 sq ft of mixed-use commercial units and 35 homes available to rent. Tenants have the unique opportunity to live and work within the grounds of our Estate, fostering a close-knit community and circular economy.

Our Vision

We are building a circular economy at Kingsclere Estates—where everything we do feeds back into our businesses and eliminates waste by transforming it into valued resources. Every business and household on our land plays a role in, and directly benefits from, this model. We encourage commercial tenants to integrate into the circular system and residential tenants to engage with the Estate community.

As part of a regenerative farm, every decision we make aims to have a positive impact on our land and people. We reward loyalty between tenants’ businesses and the repurposing of waste materials.

We are continually upgrading our industrial space to create an inviting environment for a wide range of businesses. Our ongoing improvement plan enhances facilities, including office space, bathrooms, and landscaping.

Folly Farm is a self-contained site within Kingsclere Estates, surrounded by wildlife ponds and natural landscaping. While easily accessible from the M3/M4 corridor, it offers a secluded and private setting.
