Description
The Tenant Associate at Ellen Kennedy Living Center is responsible for assisting tenants who are functionally, physically, and/or socially impaired and may need continual oversight.
What You Will Do
- Aid tenants with daily living activities while fostering their independence and freedom of choice
- Participate in activity programs and administer medications
- Light baking/continental breakfast set up, serve meals, cleaning and laundry
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma is strongly preferred
- A valid state driver's license is required
- Must be at least 18 years old as required by State regulations
- Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training is required within 6 months of hire and every 3 years thereafter
- A Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) is required with recertification every other year
Hours Available
- Part-time or Per diem (PRN)
- Rotating weekend and holiday shifts required
- Second or third shift available for part-time positions
- Ideal coverage needed for PRN role: every other weekend, third shift (9:30p-5:30a)
