About the role
Newmark Group, Inc., a leading commercial real estate firm, seeks a proactive and detail-oriented individual to assist clients and manage administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Set up files and develop a system to track contracts, purchase orders, etc.
- Code invoices and collect necessary documentation for payment processing.
- Coverage of contracts for various vendors.
- Ensure adequate services are available for employees.
- Maintain service agreements and required certificates.
- Aid in developing monthly statements of accounts and variance reports submitted for management review.
- Aid client management in tracking personnel moves and equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years property or facilities management experience.
- PC proficiency in MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Word Perfect.
- Must be organized and able to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time.
- Must be able to meet difficult deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
