About the role

Newmark Group, Inc., a leading commercial real estate firm, seeks a proactive and detail-oriented individual to assist clients and manage administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Set up files and develop a system to track contracts, purchase orders, etc.
  • Code invoices and collect necessary documentation for payment processing.
  • Coverage of contracts for various vendors.
  • Ensure adequate services are available for employees.
  • Maintain service agreements and required certificates.
  • Aid in developing monthly statements of accounts and variance reports submitted for management review.
  • Aid client management in tracking personnel moves and equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years property or facilities management experience.
  • PC proficiency in MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Word Perfect.
  • Must be organized and able to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time.
  • Must be able to meet difficult deadlines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
