Tenant Liaison Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tenant Liaison / Property Manager to oversee apartment complexes throughout the Capital Region. This role focuses on maximizing occupancy, maintaining positive tenant relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations.

Responsibilities

Work location is in person.

• Advertise available apartments and conduct weekly showings, placing new tenants.
• Respond promptly to tenant repair requests.
• Collect rent and handle minimal legal filings.
• Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and property upkeep.
• Manage lease renewals.
• Order repair materials and supplies as needed.
• Assist with light accounts payable tasks and filing.

Qualifications

• Previous property management or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong understanding of apartment maintenance and turnover processes.
• Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations is a plus.

Pay

Base salary is $52,000 plus bonus $15k to $25k. Potential annual income is $67K to $77K based on performance.
