Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site construction operations, interfacing directly with contractors to ensure tasks are performed in proper sequence and according to schedule
• Take full accountability for project schedules, monitoring key milestones, surfacing risks proactively, and initiating corrective measures when delays emerge
• Utilize platforms such as Procore, Asana, or MS Project to organize tasks, maintain documentation, and monitor progress across live construction sites
• Facilitate permitting processes by monitoring submissions, addressing reviewer feedback, and coordinating across stakeholders to expedite approvals
• Deploy AI-powered tools to streamline planning, documentation, and decision workflows, decreasing manual workload and enhancing execution velocity

Basic Requirements

• Hands-on construction execution experience (site coordination, contractor oversight, or schedule management)
• Track record of owning or coordinating a project schedule, including developing timelines, monitoring milestones, and maintaining deadline discipline
• Competency with at least one digital project management platform (e.g., Procore, Asana, MS Project)
• Knowledge of construction trade sequencing
• Functional understanding of permitting workflows
• Proven application of AI tools to expedite actual work tasks
