Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site construction operations, collaborating directly with contractors to ensure work follows correct sequencing and adheres to timelines
  • Take full ownership of project schedules, monitoring milestones, spotting risks in advance, and initiating corrective measures when slippage happens
  • Leverage platforms such as Procore, Asana, or MS Project to organize tasks, maintain documentation, and track progress across live construction sites
  • Facilitate permitting processes by monitoring submissions, addressing reviewer feedback, and aligning stakeholders to advance approvals
  • Deploy AI-driven tools to streamline planning, documentation, and decision workflows, cutting manual workload and increasing delivery velocity

Requirements

  • Hands-on construction execution background (on-site coordination, contractor oversight, or schedule management)
  • Track record of owning or coordinating a project schedule, including building timelines, monitoring milestones, and holding teams accountable
  • Proficiency in at least one digital project management platform (e.g., Procore, Asana, MS Project)
  • Familiarity with construction trade sequencing
  • Experience with permitting workflows (submissions, reviews, revisions, AHJ coordination)
  • Practical understanding of AI tools to expedite work tasks
  • Availability and capability to be present on-site at least 3 days per week, with approximately 60% travel throughout the United States depending on project demands
  • Based in the United States and legally authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship

Qualifications

  • Background managing multiple simultaneous construction projects
  • Familiarity with rapid-growth or time-compressed build environments
  • Enthusiasm for enhancing construction workflows through automation or process standardization

Skills

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation: $50 USD/hour, equivalent to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year
  • Flexible work schedule with approximately 60% travel throughout the United States
  • Immediate availability and long-term commitment
