This position is part of 2 Hour Learning's team, which is revolutionizing education through AI. The role involves managing construction projects to ensure timely and accurate execution, leveraging digital tools and AI to enhance workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site construction operations, collaborating directly with contractors to verify work proceeds in proper sequence and adheres to schedule
  • Take full ownership of project schedules, monitoring key milestones, surfacing risks proactively, and executing corrective measures when delays arise
  • Deploy tools such as Procore, Asana, or MS Project to organize tasks, maintain documentation, and monitor progress across live construction projects
  • Facilitate permitting processes by monitoring submissions, addressing reviewer feedback, and coordinating stakeholder engagement to advance approvals
  • Integrate AI tools to expedite planning, documentation, and decision workflows, cutting manual workload and increasing delivery velocity

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in construction delivery (on-site coordination, contractor oversight, or schedule management)
  • Experience taking ownership of or coordinating a project schedule, including building timelines, monitoring key milestones, and upholding deadlines
  • Competence with at least one digital project management platform (e.g., Procore, Asana, MS Project)
  • Familiarity with construction trade sequencing and the capacity to outline a scenario where sequencing choices influenced the project schedule
  • Practical understanding of permitting procedures (submissions, reviews, revisions, interactions with Authorities Having Jurisdiction)
  • Proven application of AI tools to speed up actual work activities, including a specific example of the tool employed, deliverables produced, and validation methods used
  • Availability and willingness to be present on-site a minimum of 3 days per week, with travel expectations of approximately 60% across the United States driven by project demands
  • Based in the United States and eligible to work without requiring visa sponsorship
