Tenant Engagement Manager

About the role
The Tenant Engagement Manager reports directly to the Director of Tenant Engagement or Senior Property Manager and is responsible for enhancing the tenant experience, fostering community, and supporting property operations through engagement initiatives and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute innovative events that promote community, health, wellness, connectivity, and activation of building amenity spaces.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with tenants to deliver a personalized workplace experience aligned with their interests and needs.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and electronic marketing tools in coordination with leadership approval processes.
- Partner with leasing and brokerage teams to support leasing efforts by preparing spaces, coordinating event visibility, and enhancing tour experiences.
- Coordinate and execute meeting and event setups, including room configurations, staging, audio-visual equipment, and lighting systems; restore spaces post-event.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing tenant needs, tracking service requests, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Provide lifestyle and business support services to tenants (e.g., event planning, ticket coordination, time-saving services, wellness resources).
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, restaurants, and retailers to stay informed on relevant offerings and opportunities.
- Support upkeep of common areas and signage across shared building spaces.
- Manage certificates of insurance for tenants, vendors, and contractors, ensuring compliance and tracking expiration dates.
- Maintain emergency contact lists and communication systems.
- Assist with general administrative duties related to tenant and property management services.
- Implement tenant engagement programs aligned with organizational goals and budgets.
- Track expenses and maintain budget awareness for all engagement initiatives.
- Prepare event-related documentation and obtain necessary approvals prior to execution.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, maintaining visibility and accessibility.
- Participate in regular team meetings and organizational initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on tenant engagement activities and performance metrics.
- Maintain shared calendars for events, reservations, and tenant activities.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including documentation, communication, and onboarding support.
- Manage engagement platforms and ensure accurate data entry and updates.
- Contribute to planning cycles, including monthly reporting and quarterly programming schedules.
Requirements
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, retail, or related industries preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital engagement tools
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Sound judgment, discretion, and problem-solving abilities
Pay
Pay Range $60,000 - $70,000 USD
