Temporary Worker - Mosquito Abatement

Responsibilities

• Perform mosquito abatement activities, including treating stagnant water with abatement pesticides, testing mosquitoes for viruses, and spraying infested areas with handheld, backpack, and truck-mounted sprayers.
• Work in an outdoor environment.
• Pass State of Illinois pesticide applicators test within the first two weeks.
• Hold a valid Illinois drivers license and maintain a clear driving record.
• Complete a pre-employment physical/drug screening and criminal background check.
