Duties And Responsibilities
- Cleans and responds to general maintenance work orders throughout the center.
- Performs interior and exterior janitorial, building maintenance, and grounds keeping assignments according to work orders.
- Performs minor building construction tasks, mows lawns, maintains grounds, and picks up trash and papers.
- Maintains all tools and equipment in good repair and keeps them in appropriate storage.
- Transports equipment and/or commodities throughout the center.
- Maintains a work environment of zero accidents and injuries including no loss-time accidents.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED required.
- One year of related work experience preferred.
- Able to complete all mandated training requirements per government and management directives.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred.
Requirements
- Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check.
