Requirements

  • Ability to type 40 net words per minute
  • Must be a Nebraska registered voter or eligible to register to vote
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Must have computer experience and possess strong attention to detail

A typing test is required for this position. The first and last name you enter on the typing test and application must match exactly (including upper and lowercase letters). Typing tests are valid for six months.

  • Work is performed indoors in an office setting and occasionally on site at locations throughout the county

  • Must be able to frequently lift and/or carry files and other materials weighing up to 10 pounds and to occasionally lift and carry equipment and other materials weighing up to 50 pounds

Required sensory abilities include:

  • Vision (correctable to normal ranges), including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Hearing and touch within normal ranges
  • Communication abilities, including the ability to talk and hear within normal ranges
  • Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate computers and other equipment
