Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Dover, New Jersey • Full Time, Monday-Friday (On-Site) • Temporary, 6-month assignment
About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a results-driven professional experienced in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This temporary 6-month assignment supports critical hiring initiatives and workforce needs while partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract and secure top clinical and non-clinical talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions
- Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records
- Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
- Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment
- Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions
- Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status
- Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach initiatives to build and maintain a strong new graduate pipeline
- Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED, required
- Experience developing and negotiating job offers
- Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
- Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field
- Two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing
- Healthcare experience

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $64,209.60 to $86,673.60 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
