Responsibilities
- Source for top-notch talented candidates creates a pipeline for our various positions
- Hire end-to-end in US
- Conduct HR interviews
- Work closely with country managers to align priorities and regional recruiting strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years experience recruiting in tech companies larger than 150 employees
- Experience in GTM recruiting – A must!
- Experience with AI sourcing tools
- Experience hiring in fast-paced, high-growth companies
Pay
This is a temporary position (4-months) with the option to extend
