Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Dover, New Jersey – On-Site
About the role
This is a temporary 6-month assignment supporting critical hiring initiatives and workforce needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners closely with hiring leaders to attract and secure top clinical and non-clinical talent, leveraging advanced sourcing strategies, ATS and CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed tools, and Boolean search techniques.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
- Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records.
- Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools.
- Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment.
- Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions.
- Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status.
- Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach initiatives to build and maintain a strong new graduate pipeline.
- Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED (required).
- Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
- Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
- Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Two years of talent acquisition experience including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Healthcare experience.

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $64,209.60 to $86,673.60 annually. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
