Role Overview

This position involves ensuring safety and compliance in temporary workplaces by managing traffic control and interacting with field personnel and clients. Key responsibilities include signing work zones according to provincial standards, loading necessary equipment, conducting routine inspections, and acting as a Traffic Control Person during breaks. The role emphasizes safety adherence and effective communication with team members and customers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Provincial Traffic Control Person and Signer Certifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Steel-toe boots and relevant licences (preferred)
• Strong understanding of traffic control safety policies

Key Duties

• Ensure signage complies with provincial requirements
• Load and maintain necessary equipment for daily tasks
• Interact with clients to understand scope and traffic control needs
• Monitor and enforce safety policies among crew members
• Perform inspections of temporary work zones
