About the role

The position involves ensuring safety and compliance in temporary work zones by managing traffic control and signage in accordance with provincial standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect workplaces
• Load necessary equipment
• Interact with clients to understand project scope
• Act as a Traffic Control Person during breaks
• Maintain safety policies
• Perform routine site inspections
• Ensure proper signage and equipment are in place
• Adhere to safety policies and communicate effectively with team members and clients

Qualifications & Skills

• Provincial Traffic Control Person and Signer Certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Steel-toe boots
• Preferred: Nova Scotia Traffic Control Person and Signer Certification
• Preferred: Class 5 Driver’s License
