Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring, primarily focused on sales positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
- Maintain an organized pipeline while managing multiple open requisitions.
- Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Required: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven success recruiting for sales roles in a high-volume environment.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during Eastern Time business hours.
- Preferred: Experience using Ashby ATS.
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Pay
