Job Description Summary
A temporary researcher is needed to assist in Dr. Agu's lab in the Computer Science Department at WPI.
Responsibilities
- Provide a strong mobile and wound server programming background to produce a robust wound infection screener and care recommender app with a server that can robustly serve deep learning requests from mobile devices.
- Assist with the analysis of the development of the wound analysis algorithms using deep learning using photographs and thermal images.
- Assist with the analysis of machine learning models that combine visual images and thermal images to detect infection more accurately.
- Analyze the collected data to assist in researching and developing the infection wound care recommendation algorithms and machine learning methods.
Pay
Hourly pay rate is $25 per hour.
Schedule
This is a temporary 20 hour per week position.
