Temporary Parts Specialist Runner

About the role

The Parts Specialist Runner is a temporary, part-time position expected to last approximately 2–3 months, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver appliance parts from the Greenfield location to technicians.
• Transfer parts between multiple company stores and warehouses.
• Run urgent parts to service calls as requested by the service department.
• Collect unused parts from technicians and return them to the designated location and add back to inventory.
• Securely transport collected payments from technicians back to the office.
• Maintain accurate records of all parts transfers, deliveries, and payment handoffs.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure priority deliveries are met.
• Safely operate the company vehicle, keeping it clean and reporting any maintenance needs.
• Assist with light warehouse or inventory tasks as directed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
• High level of reliability, trustworthiness, and accountability.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• Prior delivery, warehouse, or parts handling experience preferred but not required.

Schedule

Temporary, part-time position expected to last approximately 2–3 months. Schedule and hours may vary depending on service department needs. This position is temporary and is not guaranteed to continue beyond the anticipated 2–3 month period.
