Temporary Part-Time General Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining buildings across all campuses.
• Assist with various maintenance tasks including grounds, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general carpentry.
• Perform repairs and minor construction, paint and drywall repairs, plumbing repairs, fixture installation, and light electrical work such as replacing light bulbs, outlets, and switches.
• Comply with Facilities Operational and Assessment Plans.
• Collaborate with other maintenance specialists on preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid SC Driver's License
