General Maintenance Worker - Part-time

Duties

• replacing belts, motors, and filters
• using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings
• repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets
• painting structures and equipment
• repairing or replacing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks
• replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles
• hanging doors and installing door locks
• performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery

Responsibilities

• daily tours and logging of various equipment readouts
• assisting other staff (Chief Engineer, Electrician, Engineer, and Waterworks Operator) with their duties as needed

Requirements

• 3 years of building maintenance experience
• experience in carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, painting, and mechanical buildings systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Driver's License
