Temporary - Instructional Assistant-Graduate Programs-College of Business (Part-Time)

Position Description

The College of Business (COB) at the University of Louisville invites applicants for Instructional Assistants (IA's) to assist faculty teaching in the MBA/MSBA Programs. The positions are part-time, about 15 hours per week.

Roles and duties

• Assisting instructors in preparing and grading materials for classes such as handouts, presentations, exercises, etc.
• Attending classes to maintain familiarity with delivery content, issues, challenges and any areas of ambiguity that students may have.
• Responding to student inquiries and questions.
• Tutoring during pre-scheduled hours.
• Grading using effective and detailed rubrics provided by the instructor.

Preferred Qualification

Experience with analytical modelling.
