About the role
The Housekeeping Supervisor at Travel + Leisure Co. is responsible for directing and inspecting the work of Housekeepers and Housemen, ensuring quality and cleanliness standards are met. This role also supports the QA process, loss prevention, and safety standards procedures.
Responsibilities
- Direct and inspect work of Housekeepers and Housemen, ensuring quality and cleanliness standards are met.
- Supports Loss Prevention and safety standards procedures.
- Supports Housekeeping and Resort Leaders to ensure proper staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity.
Requirements
- One year related housekeeping experience required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- One year hospitality customer service experience preferred in discipline.
