Temporary Housekeeping Supervisor
About the Role
Join the San Diego Mission Bay Resort, a sprawling 357-room resort featuring multiple dining options, a renovated pool, a kids pool, bay views, fire pits, and more. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will supervise and work alongside an amazing team, directly impacting our guests' stay by ensuring sparkling clean guest rooms, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces. You will collaborate closely with the Housekeeping Management team to maintain high standards and provide a clean, hazard-free environment for guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure all cleaning standards are met.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping Management team to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Take ownership of tasks and feedback to foster personal and team growth.
- Ensure adherence to cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Experience in a similar-sized hotel (357+ rooms), preferably in an upscale independent or full-service hotel.
- Ability to consistently lift, pull, and push moderate weight.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.

Pay
$28.00 per hour.
