At Uncommon Schools, our Office Managers (OMs) play a central role on our School Operations Teams in ensuring that students, families, and staff have the information and resources they need to succeed. The OM serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manages school communications, and supports daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the school, greeting visitors and answering phones.
- Manage school-wide communications, including emails, newsletters, and announcements.
- Coordinate front office operations, including mail distribution, supply inventory, and facility requests.
- Assist with student attendance tracking and reporting.

About the Role
Four Rivers Charter Public School seeks an experienced, collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Student Services Team. Located in Greenfield, Massachusetts, Four Rivers is an EL Education school committed to hands-on, project-based learning and inclusive practices. The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide direct services to students with communication disorders and support the school’s mission of equity and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in individual, small-group, and classroom settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate speech-language goals into the curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and professional development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
