Responsibilities
- Provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support.
- Provide frontline support (in person and remote) requiring troubleshooting and technical assistance.
- Train and document end users on software and hardware components.
- Install and configure software and hardware components on PC and Mac systems.
- Serve company personnel, including hardware, VPN connectivity, wireless networking, email, and printers.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
- Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Interface with other IT departments for end user problems and access requests.
- Aid in mass laptop deployment during busy seasons and image new devices for associates.
Qualifications
- Possess an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Show strong troubleshooting skills.
- Be proficient in Active Directory and group management.
- Have experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop/laptops.
- Be familiar with basic networking principles, including DNS and DHCP.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team, with excellent customer service skills.
- Provide end user training and documentation.
Pay
The pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position. Pay Range $18.50 per hour.
