The Temporary Customer Support & Design Assistant is responsible for providing technical support and customer service to CareerSmart customers, assisting with the design and development of web-based curriculum and content, and participating in marketing efforts.

Essential Job Functions
- Provide prompt and polite technical support and customer service via email and phone.
- Interface with LMS to investigate learner issues and generate reports.
- Maintain a daily log of customer service inquiries and technical support issues.
- Assist with detailed technical research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving related to electronic resources and software.
- Support technical needs at CareerSmart-hosted live seminar/webinar events.
- Design and assist in coordinating visual elements for educational materials, including artwork and animations.
- Edit audio files and use text-to-speech software for course narration.
- Use eLearning authoring tools to format and synchronize multimedia content for upload into an LMS.
- Interpret feedback from the Curriculum Development Review Committee to update existing courses.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to business growth and development.
- Develop and assist in creating graphic designs for print, digital, and multimedia advertising.
- Create videos for course previews, webcasts, and CareerSmart promotions.
- Assist with website maintenance and updates.
- Support promotional activities at CareerSmart-sponsored exhibits and tradeshows.
