Temporary Client Data & Insights Analyst

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Data and Insights, you will serve as a client-data subject-matter expert, ensuring data integrity, supporting reporting needs, and delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Support client-data initiatives across Cartier North America.
  • Maintain data quality through cleansing, profile merges, client reassignments, and continuous-improvement processes.
  • Monitor and enforce local client-data governance, security, and compliance in partnership with the Data Solutions team.
  • Act as the go-to resource for database and client-data projects, leveraging tools such as Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, and Looker.
  • Assist commercial teams (boutiques and specialist retail) with client-data reporting to meet clienteling, MyClients, data-capture, and Cartier Care KPIs.
  • Analyze, interpret, and present client-related KPI performance, intelligence, and insights.
  • Build reports that guide the network’s client-development activation plans, data-capture efforts, and Maison program prioritization.
  • Deliver analytics and insights on the client database and all client channels, with a focus on identifying and explaining client-behavior patterns.
  • Liaise with cross-functional corporate teams on client-data needs and insights; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with the senior manager to recommend solutions that drive client loyalty, acquisition, and retention from an omni-channel perspective.
  • Extract targeted client lists to support engagement strategies, product launches, and boutique activations.
  • Collaborate on training boutique teams in data-input and insights best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing data and analytics projects; luxury-sector experience is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Salesforce and Looker is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated critical-thinking capability.

Pay

$30–$34 per hour.
