Position Summary

Provides administrative support to LLED faculty and staff including, but not limited to, creating and maintaining office supply inventory, assisting Office Manager with equipment inventory, copying/scanning, overseeing office space signage, supporting social media, and other general reception duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and organizing mail. Some special project work with faculty included.

  • General office assistance and administrative support to staff and faculty in LLED.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills and general knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe softwares.
  • Sitting at desk doing computer work.
  • Walking on errands.

Physical Demands

  • Some light lifting (reorganizing office spaces and stocking supply room) required.
