Temporary Human Resources Trainer

About the role

This temporary position covers a leave of absence with an expected end date of October. The Human Resources Trainer plays a vital role in delivering a smooth, compliant, and engaging onboarding experience for all new employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead all incoming candidates through their first day of training by creating a welcoming environment that prioritizes engagement to conduct an efficient training session.
• Provide detailed training lectures on company mission, operational protocol, and safety policies.
• Begin and finalize all incoming candidate onboarding processes, including the Paylocity packet, employee scheduling, and Fleetio & Uber user access.
• Ensure all training candidates come prepared with proper I9 documentation.
• Study lecture slides to stay up to date with operational changes.
• Track all training supplies and relay any needs to the Talent Development Supervisor.
• Answer all incoming questions effectively and maintain a constant flow of communication up the chain of command within the Human Resources department.

• Ability to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.
• Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance as needed.
