This is a three (3) month temporary position with the possibility of extension, located in our Dallas, TX, National Center office. This position will work in a hybrid setting (in-office 1–3 days a week, as needed).
Responsibilities
- Entering and auditing data in Workday
- Auditing and collecting I-9’s
- Updating content in SharePoint
- Gathering required documentation and completing unemployment claims
- Filing and other administrative tasks
- Additional projects as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Zero (0) – two (2) years of experience; minimum one (1) year of experience in a Human Resources support position preferred
- Knowledge of standard Human Resources practices, office procedures, and recordkeeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization/staff in a professional manner
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or HR Certification
- Previous experience with Workday, SharePoint
