Temporary Human Resource Manager

About the role

This is a temporary Human Resource Manager position while the current employee is on leave of absence. As the HR Manager, you will oversee HR functions, manage recruitment needs for offices, handle state licensing requirements, and coach and counsel office staff.

Pay

Salary Range: $62,000–$65,000 per year

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Above average computer and technology skills
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations

• Strong coaching and counseling skills
• Top-notch organization skills
