Temporary - Accounts Payable Processor

About the role

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Processor to join our Accounting team at our Support Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Process and post invoices accurately and efficiently using our accounting systems.
• Review invoices to ensure appropriate account coding and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Reconcile invoice batches by balancing system entries to reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Process weekly Accounts Payable check runs as part of the team's rotating schedule.
• Prepare weekly reclassification journal entries.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice questions and discrepancies.
• Help support an efficient, accurate, and customer-focused Accounts Payable process.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

USD $17.50 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
