About the role
We are seeking a temporary, full-time Data Validation Specialist to support a short-term data accuracy project. This role involves cross-referencing records across multiple business systems, verifying that source documentation matches system data, and documenting findings in a structured tracking sheet according to a clearly defined process. Detailed written instructions and training will be provided at the start of the engagement. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role ideal for someone who can quickly ramp up, work independently through a high volume of records, and deliver consistent, accurate results within a compressed timeline.
Responsibilities
- Cross-reference records across multiple business systems
- Verify that source documentation matches system data
- Document findings in a structured tracking sheet following a clearly defined process
Requirements
- 1-3 years in data operations, sales/revenue operations, business operations, or a similar analytical/administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Excel (data entry, filtering, sorting, basic formulas)
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and document review skills, including reading and extracting data from PDFs
- Ability to learn and follow detailed written procedures quickly
- Comfortable working independently and managing a high-volume workload within a tight deadline
- Strong written documentation skills for logging findings clearly
- Candidates who can start immediately, work between 20 and 40 hours a week, and commit to a four-month time period preferred
Pay
$20 an hour
