Temporary (2-4 weeks) Data Validation Specialist
Responsibilities
We are seeking a temporary, full-time Data Validation Specialist to support a short-term data accuracy project. This role involves cross-referencing records across multiple business systems, verifying that source documentation matches system data, and documenting findings in a structured tracking sheet according to a clearly defined process. Detailed written instructions and training will be provided at the start of the engagement.
This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role ideal for someone who can quickly ramp up, work independently through a high volume of records, and deliver consistent, accurate results within a compressed timeline.
Skills Needed
- Strong proficiency in Excel (data entry, filtering, sorting, basic formulas)
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and document review skills, including reading and extracting data from PDFs
- Able to learn and follow detailed written procedures quickly
- Comfortable working independently and managing a high-volume workload within a tight deadline
- Strong written documentation skills for logging findings clearly
Experience Level
Candidates who can start immediately, work 40 hours a week and commit to a two to four week time period preferred.
Total Rewards
The pay rate for this position is $20 an hour.
