Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process enrollment records and maintain documentation within internal systems.
- Review, validate, and update provider and payment-related information.
- Aid with electronic payment enrollment and administrative processing activities.
- Research and resolve data discrepancies to ensure record accuracy.
- Maintain status tracking and documentation for ongoing enrollment activities.
- Update provider information, including demographic and contact changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to verify required information.
- Assist with onboarding and implementation activities for new clients and providers.
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience of data entry or related experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain consistency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Additional Details
Schedule: Hybrid Schedule - 2 days in-office; Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Background check required. $19-$21/hr.
