Role Overview

ABA Centers is building a talent pipeline of Temple University graduates interested in pursuing a career in ABA therapy and behavioral health. We are currently accepting applications for:

• Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• ABA Apprentices
• Upcoming Clinical Internship opportunities (coming soon)

What You'll Do

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track and document client progress
• Skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living
• Collaborate with clinical teams and families

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for:

• Current students or recent graduates from Temple University
• Background in: Psychology, Education, Social Work, Human Services, or related fields
• Passion for working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in building a career in ABA / behavioral health
