Pool for Part-time Instruction, Department of Engineering and Computer Science

Duties of the Position

• Teach graduate and upper division undergraduate courses in electrical and computer engineering.
• Assignments may include a lecture(s) and/or a laboratory section(s) of the Engineering courses.

Required Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• PhD in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent preferred.
• Teaching experience at the university level required.

Rank and Salary

• Full-time workload is 15 units per semester.
• Salary commensurate with degree level and experience.
• Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $5,507 - $6,677 per full-time month.
• The full-time (15 units per semester) monthly base salary range indicated above is prorated to the number of units worked and are paid in six monthly payments for each full semester.
