About the role

Act as a subject matter expert in FP&A. Liaise with business leaders and operations directors to provide support for budget cycles, including tracking and communicating progress toward goals and recommending course corrections as necessary. Deliver analysis of monthly financial results, interpreting current-month performance as a predictive tool for full-year expectations. Participate in the design, development, and ongoing analysis of financial reports, including management reports, variance analysis tools, and monthly financial statements. Assist with long-range and strategic planning through financial models and projections. Develop, upgrade, and maintain forecasting and reporting processes and systems. Support ad hoc analysis, special projects, and the preparation of executive, board, and investor presentations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested by management and business partners.
• Support the preparation of executive, board, and investor presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis; previous experience building complex financial models is a plus.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a proven track record of fostering relationships across functions and levels.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening and clear communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the company.
• Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution while understanding the big picture.
