Temp Unit Manager RN or LPN

Pay

$43–53/hr, pending license.

Qualifications

• NY RN or LPN Nursing License
• Previous managerial LTC experience

Responsibilities

• Ensures the nursing staff follows facility policy and procedures
• Sets unit goals and standards
• Consults with physicians as necessary
• Analyzes patient records to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of care

Schedule

Full time, Monday–Friday for 3 months, with on-call weekends as needed, then possible transition to full time.
