Temp to Hire Production Auditor: Monday-Thursday 2pm-12am

About the role
As a Production Auditor, you will perform audits of our manufacturing process and manage stock issuance under the guidance of the Security Supervisor. This ensures the efficient production and timely delivery of high-quality plastic secured cards that meet customer specifications and align with the company’s quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct production audits to ensure accurate product tracking and verify compliance with manufacturing process standards.
- Oversee the distribution of secured materials for digital imaging, press, and finishing operations in line with security protocols.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies found during audits, adhering to program guidelines.
- Supervise the final destruction and shredding of waste cards, ensuring all cards are accounted for during the audit process.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory and auditing.
- Strong math skills for audits, inventory counts, and calculations.
- Attention to detail and decision-making abilities for quality assessments.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration.
- Certification in forklift and hand truck operation.
- Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and prioritize safety.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and willingness to take on additional tasks.
- Elementary English proficiency for communications.
Schedule
- Current overtime schedule: Friday–Sunday, 4:00 PM–4:00 AM.
- 90-day work assignment, which includes a 30-day attendance-required period for training purposes.
- After 75 working days, you may be eligible for full-time employment if you maintain good standing with the company, including attendance, performance, and teamwork.
- Overtime work is required, including weekends, to meet deadlines.
Pay
- Hourly rate: $19.40.
- Shift differential: $3.88.
- Total rate: $23.28.
Physical Demands
- Work involves constant decision-making, dealing with fine detail, and human interaction, which can be tiring both mentally and physically.
- Operates manual and motorized hand trucks and forklifts in a safe manner.
- Work is conducted in a standing position and requires walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, and lifting of materials up to 75 lbs.
- The environment is noisy and may require ear protection.
- Work involves full use of hands/fingers to use precision or semi-precision equipment, tools, or instruments requiring deft hand movements and may require steel-toed shoes.
