Production Worker Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities
- Work on the manufacturing/production floor
- Operate basic equipment and tools after training
- Load, unload, move, and handle materials
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
- Perform physical and repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Learn new processes and responsibilities

Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but NOT required. We will train the right person!
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on job. You should be comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and performing repetitive tasks throughout your shift.
Pay
The current pay rate for this position is between $19.50 - $21.00 per hour. Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions, location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, training, and experience.
